Star Wars Day!!!

Image
Guess What! I didn't fall off the edge of the world. And I didn't forget my blogger password. Life has been super crazy busy. Plus I had absolutely no post ideas. But I have several tags I'll be doing over the next week.      Today is May 4th. For those of you who don't what the significants of today is, it is Star Wars Day. May the 4th be with you! :) I'm going to do a very brief Star Wars post because it Star Wars Day! :) Plus I couldn't resist, being the Star Wars nerd that I am. :) Star Wars is the BEST movies ever made!! Darth Vader is the most instantly recognizable villain ever. I'm just going to come out and say it. I like Jar Jar Binks. My Dad showed my an article and I totally agree with it. Me, Myself, & Bob

From the back cover:      Phil Vischer's dream, known to the world as VeggieTales, changed the landscape of children's videos. But most people have no idea of the intense struggles its creator would endure as he desperately tried to build -then witnessed the tremendous fall of - a new media empire for God.      This is a story of dreaming big and working hard, of spectacular success and breathtaking failure, of shouted questions, and, at long last, whispered answers. With trademark wit and heart, Phil shares an amazing story that shows how God can use our failures and the death of a dream to point us toward true success.      I have my first book review!  This was a good book and I enjoyed reading it. It was really fascinating to learn about the history of VeggieTales. It was interesting to read about what Phil Vishcer did to start VeggieTales and to keep it going. It was amazing see how God can point us to true success with the failure of our dreams. Also Larry t

My Book!

Hello everyone! I hope you are having a good weekend. I have the description of my book ready! It took longer than I was hoping because I ended up rewriting most of it. But here it is.     Cedric Northchest and his three friends Berne, Everett, and Winnifred are outcasts to everyone except their families and each other. That all changes when an elf named Ex-Tron shows up in their small town. He tells them to meet him in the middle of nowhere because the Guardian of Fire wants  them. Ex-Tron brings the four friends to Arsought, a fantasy world where strange creatures live. But when they arrive, Ex-Tron is not with them and they are forced to play a game of hide and seek. When the game is done they are told the Guardian of Fire will find them. Why are they so important? And why would the Guardian want to save ungrateful people and creatures who are happy with the evil Horcus ruling them? I hope you enjoyed it. It is going to be an allegory to the life of Christ. I am not very go

Star Wars: The Force Awakens Review!!!

Image
It has been thirty years since the destruction of the Empire. The First Order is trying to take control of the galaxy. The only thing standing there way is a small band of Resistance fighters, a scavenger, An ex-soldier, and a pilot. Sex- none Drugs- none Language- 1 D*mn, 1 H*ll, 1H*ll no Nudity- none Violence- Spaceships explode, characters are shot with blasters and punched, cut and stabbed with lightsabers.        Character is shocked. Several explosions.       First of all I want to say this movie is AWSOME!!! I liked that they had the original actors. I also really like the new actors. The action and humor was really good. I do wish that it had more space battles, but the spaceship battles they had were good.       A lot of people I know think Kylo Ren should have kept his helmet or should have been played by a different person. They did not like the actor. I on the other hand thought he was a little young, but other than that I tho
